Optimizing the Marketing team's Productivity

Future Standard previously managed a complex suite of websites on WordPress. The Marketing team heavily relied on the Corporate Technology team for troubleshooting and new feature deployments. The team built their new website in Webflow to support Marketing autonomy, efficiency and speed-to-market.

Perpetual’s Front-End Development team used Webflow’s modular components to build the core elements in Future Standard’s new design system, such as headings, buttons, image containers, layout blocks and spacing.

Using Webflow’s component properties, preset options for colors, spacing and styles were built directly into each component to ensure brand consistency.

The Marketing team is now able to create custom page layouts directly in Webflow Designer, combining components as needed while staying fully aligned with brand guidelines.

Building a Scalable Design System in Webflow

Future Standard’s new visual identity needed to be uniformly applied across the entire website. Rather than treating the style guide as a static reference, Perpetual built a dynamic design system in Webflow that defines typography, color usage, spacing, imagery, and layout patterns across the platform. This system allows the team to create new pages and components while ensuring all web experiences uphold the new brand standards and remain consistent.

The new website not only reflects Future Standard’s visual and brand identity, but also eases site maintenance and increases productivity and content generation.

Managing Data Automation and Content Generation

Future Standard regularly publishes data and market insights that require charts, graphs, and tabular data to be displayed on the website. These visuals are used across webpages to clearly communicate complex information to the Firm’s target audiences.

Perpetual worked with Future Standard’s Corporate Technology team to build flexible, data-driven components. The new data automation processes allow the Future Standard team to easily generate and update charts, graphs and tables. These components are integrated with external data sources and present the information in a consistent, brand-approved format.

The digital platform now supports both storytelling and data transparency, giving FutureStandard the ability to maintain and clearly present thought leadership, market analysis and data.
