Full-Stack Engineer

We work on a variety of innovative and exciting projects, ranging from creative interactive front-end experiences to advanced scalable back-end and data systems. Our clients include several successful startups and innovative large corporations like Reuters, Elle Magazine, Car & Driver, MIT, Dig Inn and US Bank. We follow best practices in Product Management, UX Design and Software Engineering.

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team.

About You

Responsibilities

  1. Work with a super talented, high performance and friendly team of Product Managers, Designers and other Software Engineers 
  2. Develop & deliver currently planned technical application & features in an agile and collaborative process
  3. Interface with clients to understand their requirements and plan projects
  4. Work mostly on React.js/Javascript stack but work on other technologies as well
  5. Evolve Perpetual’s engineering best practices across our projects
  6. Assist with internal R&D and innovation projects in addition to client work
  7. Manage technology infrastructure, database & code with rest of engineering team

Key Skills and Requirements:

  1. Good computer science fundamentals
  2. Full-stack technology expertise
  3. HTML/CSS front-end expertise
  4. React.js, Redux, JavaScript, NodeJS expertise
  5. Expertise working with data management and modeling and database implementation (SQL)
  6. Comfortable using source code management tools like GitHub and Bitbucket
  7. Experience integrating third party applications and services (API integration, webhook integration)
  8. Experience with general software testing and unit testing 
  9. Experience managing cloud hosting on platforms like AWS is an added plus
  10. Experience with Devops/CI/CD or willingness to learn
  11. Expertise with platforms like WordPress and Shopify is an added plus
  12. React Native expertise or similar to build native mobile apps is an added plus
