We are seeking a cross-project Product/UX Designer to help with product design initiatives across projects. This is a great opportunity to work among a highly talented team on exciting projects in a fast-paced and fun environment. The emphasis for this position is advanced product user experience and interactive design. While basic visual design is important, the key skills for this role are interaction design, information architecture, structured design of advanced customer and enterprise application. Additionally, you will be working among a very talented product development team of designers and developers, and interfacing directly with top tier clients.

About You

You come from a user experience design, product design or industrial design background. Programs like Sketch, Photoshop, Figma are native to you: you grew up in your education and professional career so far using these programs. You are interested in going beyond visuals and going deep into the world of interaction design for consumer and enterprise products. You are a good communicator and are willing to learn about product management and take up some product management responsibilities to tie in with your design work. You are comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to go hands on and help solve advanced user experience challenges.


  1. Getting a deep understanding the product requirements from the user’s perspective
  2. Identify target personas for whom the product is to be created
  3. Conduct competitive and comparative analysis of similar products
  4. Review metrics and analytics for existing products (in case redesigning an existing product)
  5. Creating user flows to reflect the user’s ideal experience while using the product
  6. Creating and prioritizing user stories with the client team to identify more granular steps of value as the user is planned to use the product
  7. Brainstorming and coming up with initial sketches/concepts to meet the user requirements
  8. Creating ideal digital user experiences concepts and concept directions
  9. Working with internal and client team to iterate on the concepts
  10. Creating digital wireframe renderings of the concepts with visual designs applied
  11. Creating clickable prototypes of the concepts 
  12. Creating and maintaining a style guide consistent with the product’s brand, including a relevant interactive elements
  13. Considerations for accessibility in designs created
  14. Design across screen sizes and form factors (desktop/tablet/mobile)
  15. Use of modern, delightful and aesthetic type and visuals in the design process
  16. Conducting user tests as well as seeking stakeholder feedback and iterating on changes 
  17. Creating a visual and development specification in order for software development teams to implement the concept

Key Skills and Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience working in a product design role 
  2. 1-3 years of advanced experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch or the Adobe CC 
  3. Portfolio showcasing prior experience designing advanced consumer and enterprise products
  4. Experience working in an agile software development environment
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to understand what clients and stakeholders are asking for, as well as to  communicate ideas and opinions clearly
  6. Ability to identify suitable color palette to a product based on the client brand
  7. Knowledge of  different types of typography, and ability to recommend suitable typography pairings for products being designed
  8. Experience creating and maintaining a style guide, and evolving the product based on 
  9. Experience handing off designs to software developers 
  10. Ability to multi task projects and own the product design process.
  11. A Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Industrial Design or related design discipline.
  12. A proactive, positive, can-do attitude 
  13. Eagerness to learn and grow.
  14. A sense of humor

  1. Experience with Design Systems
  2. Experience using component libraries (e.g., Material UI)
  3. Experience Working with tools like Storybook to create a living design system 
  4. Experience supporting or working closely with Product management with knowledge of software product management process
  5. Experience with project management and coordinating internal and client meetings
  6. Experience building enterprise applications
