Product Manager

Perpetual is an award-winning product design and software development agency in NYC. We work on a variety of innovative and exciting projects, ranging from creative interactive front-end experiences to advanced scalable back-end and data systems. Our clients include several successful startups and innovative large corporations like Reuters, Elle Magazine, Car & Driver, MIT, Dig Inn and US Bank. We follow best practices in Product Management, UX Design and Software Engineering.

1. Interface with clients to understand their requirements and plan projects
2. Creating ideal digital user experiences with UX Designers to meet client needs 
3. Creating user stories and acceptance criteria for Software Engineers to build out the defined user experience
4. Plan development sprints and identify and resolve blockers for developers
5. Conduct product acceptance and quality assurance on delivered software 
6. Work with our offsite engineers to plan their work, provide them what they need and conduct acceptance of their work
7. Maintain updated project schedule and plan and keep client and internet team updated with it
8. Maintain active communication channel with client to keep them up to date on project progress
9. Assist company CEO with special projects (new client pitches, marketing and outreach, client-site meetings, etc.)

1. Software engineering or digital design background
2. Prior experience shipping software
