Atomic Capital set out to create a private fundraising and investment platform for digital securities. The platform needed to support the full investment lifecycle, from issuer advisory and compliant securities issuance to investor onboarding, fundraising, document review, fund transfers, and ongoing administration.
Atomic Capital partnered with Perpetual to design and build the platform from the ground up. The goal was to deliver a secure, white-label investment experience for both investors and issuers, with support for Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) checks, accreditation verification, fund transfer workflows, document signing, investor management, and blockchain-based infrastructure.

The project delivered a proprietary blockchain platform and a white-label investment solution for Atomic Capital. The final experience included a private investment marketplace, investor onboarding, investment detail pages, KYC/AML and accreditation flows, secure online fund transfers, document review and signing, investor dashboards, issuer dashboards, fundraising trackers, data rooms, and investor request management.
The platform gave Atomic Capital a stronger digital foundation for managing private fundraising and digital securities workflows. By bringing investor- and issuer-facing experiences into one connected platform, the product made complex fundraising, compliance, and administration processes more structured, secure, and scalable.
Perpetual built a proprietary blockchain platform and white label solution for us from the ground up. They helped us determine the requirements and scope of work, researching third-party APIs that we could integrate such as Stripe. Perpetual has consistently delivered on time and is available to communicate across multiple channels. Their proactive, organized approach sets them apart from others. I'm impressed by their ability to do whatever it takes within whatever timeframe we require.
For Atomic Capital, we focused on translating a complex private-capital model into a secure, usable digital product. We started by defining the platform requirements, product scope, user needs, and third-party integrations required to support fundraising, compliance, payment processing, custody, and investor administration.
From there, we designed the experience around two core user groups: investors and issuers.
Perpetual also developed the platform architecture to support these workflows, including front-end application layers, API integrations, back-end services, blockchain infrastructure, compliance systems, payment authorization, accreditation checks, and data archiving. The result was a custom platform that unified brand, product, compliance, and technology into one connected investment experience.
The investor experience gave users a structured way to browse private offerings, review investment details, complete onboarding, verify accreditation, sign documents, and transfer funds securely. This turned a traditionally complex private investment process into a clearer digital journey.

The issuer experience gave Atomic Capital and its clients tools to monitor fundraising progress, review investor requests, manage investor records, track documents, and control user status and entitlements. This created a clearer, more organized foundation for managing private offerings from launch through administration.

Behind the experience, Perpetual designed a system architecture that connected front-end applications, API integrations, compliance workflows, payment authorization, KYC/AML checks, accreditation verification, and blockchain-based token management. This provided Atomic Capital with a secure, extensible foundation for digital securities issuance and administration.

The project delivered a purpose-built investment platform that helped Atomic Capital manage private fundraising and digital securities workflows from end to end. By bringing together investor onboarding, compliance verification, document signing, secure fund transfers, issuer dashboards, and blockchain infrastructure, the platform enabled a more scalable way to support both investors and issuers.
The final product helped Atomic Capital move from concept to a working white-label investment platform that supports private capital experiences with greater structure, security, and operational control. It also created a flexible foundation for expanding the marketplace, onboarding new issuers, and managing the ongoing administration of digital securities.
